Personally, I don't mind giving a little donation as long as its kept anonnonononymous. I also wouldn't mind with helping with the time aspect of running the site- as previously mentioned deleting (or highlighting for deletion) old threads and composing any interesting bits of said threads into a compact form. Eg introduction threads surely can be deleted after 1month...
although it's a damn good offer... your time shouldn't be needed as all forum software (like the one that wiitalk uses) has a prune option.
the admins will be able to set it so that it prunes topics after x days etc
Maybe a one off fee of £5 or £10, no offense but I don't think it's worth a monthly or yearly subscription fee..
..things subscribers could get is free name changes, larger avatar & signature (file sizes, not actual sizes), bolded or coloured names on the "Who's online" list, something next to their name on each post (like a star) showinf they've donated.. and if we ever start a shop, a discount code
