I don't know why people think that just because we've had a big innovation this generation that the next one will be such a big jump.

I think if Nintendo stick to the wireless motion sensing technology (and why wouldn't they) then they will simply improve it. Better detection etc.

As for the suit, I have to agree with captainff. Thinking about it now, I don't like the idea, but if it does come, I will so be getting one.

So are there going to be games coming out for this 'wii 2' machine that won't be playable on the wii? I can't find a good enough reason to get one.....

As it is only in the 'chip manufacturer pitching to the developer' phase it's hard to guess what games will come out should such a console ever reach production (although if it does you can pretty much guarantee Mario platformer, Mario kart, Zelda and Pokemon).
