Angela Parker, who works for Playr (previously Gamer TV, broadcast on Bravo) has contacted bronco asking that we post the following press release in the hope that some can help out.

I think they just want to get some footage of you playing on your Wii, and get a stock of footage for all of the games, hence why they want to know what game's you own.

Ah, so they can say in 50 years time:

God, you're a bunch of cynics!

While I don't see why you would need to take your Wii anywhere, as one wii is as good as another, I can see what she wants to do.

In order to fill their airtime on TV, they need to show people playing games, demonstrating their skills etc. I watch Playr regularly - it's cool.

This would be great for people like Alphaman who are passionate about their gaming and live locally. Get in there!

We might see you on TV later in the year!!!

I live in london but I won't be taking my Wii anywhere based on those sketchy details.
