There really aren't alot of people signing up. We only have 13 out of 32 spaces taken. Unless we lower down to 16 I can't see this starting for a while.

Like I said before - this tournament is too close to the games release date people have not grasped the game yet so are not going to enter a tournament.

I don't think that is the reason, rather that we don't have enough people owning the game to fill up 32 slots.

The tourneys are always too close to the release dates, I got pro evo about a week after it came out and missed sign-ups for the first league, its too rushed! Like that SSBB thread- made months ago!

Take it from everyone who did the MK tournament: tournaments are a lot of commitment. It might be best to let this thing lay for a little bit until either people get a grasp of the game, or they have the time to dedicate to the game. Or, they don't have it yet because they don't have the time / money.

Remember, this is also in the middle of major summer vacation time, so some people might not even be here (like Snaz) to do the tournament, even if they wanted to. I know Americans have a major holiday coming up too.

I think letting this lay for another two weeks might be best.
