Interesting. Clearly Nintendo were willing to allow the Beeb to keep control of their toy. The other half will be most pleased with this news (no more relegation to the mac to catch up on missed Holby or Casualty.

Anyone read that Tiscali aren't too impressed - the Iplayer has been such a huge success they have to upgrade their network and want the BBC to pay some of the costs!

Oooh no! Tiscali are annoyed that we're using the internet? These ISP's are so annoying, Why should BBC have to pay? Afterall the ISP's are the ones making money from us.
