Not unless they show it on the BBC....so I doubt it!
Doesn't iPlayer downlaod the program onto your computers hard drive so that you can play it at a later date? Therefore how will this work with the Wii as obviously it has no HDD? I assume it'll have to stream it directly or save it to the small amount of memory it has got, or an SD card or something?

On the Wii, it only streams in beta format. Windows is the only OS on which you can choose to download programmes and store them for 30 days. On the Wii, mac and Linux it's streaming only.
