Rock Band Officially Announced For Wii, To Be Released 6/22 - WiiTalk

i assume thats US but doubt europe will be far behind

Thats what we thought about brawl... and rock band for ps3 and 360 isnt out here yet! i hope it has online

I hope they have the downloadable tracks too!

My brother has been showing me the youtube drum videos for this (either PS3 or 360). I'd only be interested in the drums, as that appears to be the only instrument you can truly 'learn' by playing it (isn't it correct that the guitar is the same type as GH3, i.e. just buttons to press?)

Yeah You can use the GH3 controllers on the 360 or ps3 one and i guess for the wii too.

its already out in the US for playstation, but i dont know about xbox360. Im not really into music games. The PS3 version comes with some drums i think.

Its been out for ages in the us on all the majors apart from wii and the next gen are they same but ps2 has no online or DLC like the wii one (rumor) :@

I have it for my PS3, and I think it is a good game, but practically a clone of Guitar Hero. That is a hefty price tag though. I wonder how it will connect to the wii. I hope it uses it's own wireless, because 4 wiimotes could really add up in price. I think that it's song selection is a much wider than Guitar Hero, mainly because it doesn't just focus on songs with heavy guitar parts.
I think that if you guys still dont have it for PS3 and Xbox, then it will probably be a while until you get it. If I knew this was happening, then I would not have gotten it for PS3, but oh well.
