Er, at the risk of breaking forum rules for double posting, I demand a recount.

I just totted up the nominations on the other thread, disregarding the noms for Jester etc, and just counting those for King and Queen, and this is how the votes went, by my reckoning:

So how come Foo's up for King?

Seems like *maybe* the poll should start again, but with votes going to me, Monkey, Hilly and Boosey?

Much as I love Foo, shouldn't this be done fairly?

I think some of people (Hilly example) aren't valid options on account of having two titles already.

Well, I don't seem to be able to get the same vote count twice. That nominations thread is a nightmare!

But on my best recount, disallowing nominations for "Village Idiot", "Jester", "Pet" etc, I got these as the top nominations:

I should say that Foo did get one extra nomination but it was for QUEEN, which again, I didn't count, as it was obviously a joke.

So we don't know who would've voted for who in the situation intended!

I think you should maybe restart the nominations J, with the clear rule of only voting for King or Queen...

I don't think you'd get the same 3 nominees if you did

Very hard choice I have had to go with Queen Sue though, all 3 are amazing members and the forum wouldnt be the same withouth either one of them, but Sue seems to have helped me the most in the past! so on that, I voted Sue

Well, regardless of how this little poll pans out, I for one am very proud to even see my name on this list, let alone at the top!

Personally I'm not sure who to vote for here as I get on brilliantly with all there people. I shall have a long hard think....

Thanks for the nominations folks but I cant help thinking that I wouldn't have made the top 3 if people had realised they weren't voting separately for a king and a queen. Perhaps we need to renominate with clearer guidlines?
