Here as promised are the newly resurrected awards. This is the nomination thread, for the category "Cleverest Member". Who is the person who always has the answer to everything?!

Simply post the name(s) of the person(s!) you want to nominate, with an explanation of why you think they are the cleverest member. You can nominate up to 3 people.

You have 2 weeks (or shorter if posts dry up after a week) to post your nominations, and then a winner will be picked by the mods out of the 4 highest nominated people. The winner will then be the recipient of a brand new, much sort after custom title!

Please note: The reason the awards died was because the same people were being nominated each time. To prevent this, you cannot nominate someone who has already won an award. Therefore, please do not nominate Killarapp, captainff, Gaffer or red daze.

Also please do not nominate mods for awards where the winner will be picked by the mods. Feel free to mention them, as you can for the above as well, but they won't be counted towards nominations.

I happen to know that a certain Admin is taking some very knowledgable subject so my vote goes to JB!

Although I'm not entirely sure if mods are allowed to be included in the nominations if the winner is selected by mods!

So all my main choices have already had nominations, that's going to make this a bit tough. What's the closing date for nominations? I hope it will give me a bit of time to see who fits the bill with new posts and current threads.

Can I make a small suggestion? Seems most of us here want to nominate the Captain or Gaffer. Gaffer won his award for best avatar, but his current avatar isnt the one he won it for. Maybe we could be allowed to nominate Gaffer?
