I apologise unreservedly if you think I've been critical or unfair. I don't want to get into a fight about a stupid game.
I am not out to deliberately quote anyone out of context, especially not on a matter as trivial as this. I have reread this thread and I still believe that the point I made was valid, but it's unimportant. I certainly don't think it warranted your response which implied that I was either wilfully misrepresenting you, or I was too stupid to follow a thread.
I apologise again if you think I have caused offence, that was never my intention. Perhaps you might consider taking these things a little less seriously in the future?

My 'I accept your apology' was a tongue in cheek poke at Steinbeck for his obviously sarcastic non-meant apology and again paraphrasing context twisting drivel.

No I didn't. I was quoted out of context. The same what you just did with your paraphrase "...anyone who thought that you suggested it must have a short attention span!" I was implying only ONE particular person. You are just as guilty now as he is.
I originally said it would be great as a free download, because at that time, I didn't imagine how it could be worth a full price game. Then when you posted your comment about Nintendo not making any money out of it (you don't run a business, by any chance?), I said that they could, but it would be indirectly. So then Steinbeck quite correctly said that Hasbro owns the rights, what would THEY get out of it. My comment to him about licencing fees was about Nintendo buying a licence from Hasbro - not about Nintendo not charging the public for it. I thought this was obvious. So... for some reason Steinbeck didn't understand what was said, and saw fit to have another go, as it were.

I did point out to him where I thought he had been unfair to me by implying I was deliberately trying to twist his words. If there has been a misunderstanding I can assure him that it was entirely accidental.
The problem with the written word is that it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between sarcasm and genuine meanings. For example, I thought TheCoda's accepting my apology was also genuine and not, as he has subsequently stated, sarcastic. I was happy that I thought we had drawn a line under the issue, although slightly disappointed that he had not addressed any of the issues I had with the aggression of his response. It turns out that this was not the case, so you can see how easily these things can be misinterpreted.
I think we all need to cool our heels on this. It's unimportant. Nobody deliberately set out to upset anyone else and we've all got worked up over nothing. I suggest we all go take it out on the poor buggers on Wii Sports boxing. I'll even send you my Mii if you feel like taking a pop!
