on the games main menu, choose nintendo WFC and then once you get to the wifi menu (play with friend, play with anyone) then choose play with anyone if you don't have any friend codes added and choose either co-op, skirmish or assault and just go from there

I picked this up yesterday (gamestation - pre-owned already!!!! For £29.99, got them to clean the disk, and the best thing was it came with the nintendo club reg - unclaimed!). Managed to play for a while last night/this morning and really like it! It takes a little while to manage your troops, vehicles, etc, but at the end of my session I was getting the hang of it. It's quality when you get 'All' to attack, say a tank, and watch it explode!!! I like the graphics style - it makes it more fun. The troops comments are funny too. Some of the voice expressions are a bit annoying, but that's minor. I found the first few missions fair to handle. I only got one S rank so far - S,B,A,B,C then tried the first Tundran mission.....man, wasn't ready for that!!
I'm sure I'll get a lot of play from this. I am seriously thinking about getting a phone line installed for online play for this one alone! Just need to rake together the £125 for BT.

The learning curve is more like a cliff.. .. .. .. I actually cried at how unprepared I was after scraping through the the Solar Campaign .. .. .. .. I might have to redo them again before moving forward.. .. ..

I agree, I fell off that cliff twice before getting it together!! I only managed a C ranking mind, with roughly 12% percent for speed, and fairly low scores for the other two....(can't remember them). I had a couple of goes on the first campaigns, found the naval one quite difficult to grips with. But am really enjoying it!!
I must give you props again though Captain, it was your opinion (and the threads on here) on BW2 that influenced me to get it. I generally feel excited about new games when reading reviews/previews, but getting forum members views who have played it, and not a magazine review, really does alot more for me.

The ONLY reason I bought MOH2 was the amount of fun being had on various fora by the members I respect and trust.. .. .. it helps if you know that someone who's gaming tastes are similar to yours is enjoying a game.. .. .
It seems that once again you are ahead of me though in gaming terms And I've been trying sooooo hard to keep up with your score on GW:G .. .. .. I do have one trick up my sleeve though.. .. .. if I can pull it off!!
Back to BW2 .. .. .. I'm keen to try the online co-op game because then at least I'll have someone else to share the blame with .. .. ..
