Hi I was just wondering what you need to play the japanise wii games. I know some consoles you can get a disk you put in then run the game but im not so sure about the wii. Allso whare can you buy inports sry if someone finds this a stupid question i havent realy had time to go on vidiogame,s tht much since i started programing my mmo and have lost track.

from what ive read on here you cant at this moment in time

you can play import gamecube games if you get some software from places like amazon (cant remember the name of the cd though)

The Action Replay Freeloader Gamecube disc stopped working in the Wii with the 3.0 software update. Stuffed us as we had the US version of Animal Crossing. (Luckily still got the Cube though)

Not sure if that is being rectified or not.

But at present you can only play import games on a Wii purchased for use with that country's games. So a US Wii to play US Imports and a Jap Wii to play Jap imports.

Not worth the effort!
