Anyone else really dissapointed with this game? I can't help but think that a lot of the party factor that the previous one's had has been lost in this one. Don't know if it's because they tried to fit so much in it or what, but a lot of the party games don't seem to have the level of enjoyment in them and seem to get boring very fast.

Anyone else think this?

The party games suck, the controls are too sensitive, boss fights ruin story and they removed challenge mode.

Yes, I was totally disappointed with it too.

Although I did like the 'Lander' type mini game, think they should make a real game like that.

I have not really played it but from what I have seen it seems pretty boring. Was fun on GC.

I think that the main game in this is excellent... the perfect use of the wii controller - what is it that you all don't like? (i didn't have it on the GC so can't compare that way...)

I'd agree with Ashy....Lander was good fun.

Even though I didn't think it was all bad, the proof of the pudding was that the other day, I noticed I hadn't played it very much at all (it was slightly dusty). I'm not sure why, but it didn't "involve" me like the previous games did. :(

It's since been "donated" to my nephews/nieces Wii (they love it....but they are a lot younger )

I was dissapointed. Played it for half a hour then never played it again! Just didnt feel right so I traded it in for another wiimote.

So everything turned out alright in the end :p

Yeah, I traded mine in for Excite Truck which is vastly more fun.
