Nah I think you can be in-between that. You can certainly rise above "button bashing" without having to be an ultimate SSB player.

The level 9 CPU opponents are a pushover, I knew a couple of tricks in SSBM like bomb-grab-recover (only useable by Samus) and wave dashing etc


Anyway grats Lep Looking forward to getting my copy, although im in no rush rather have the original PAL version

hmmmm Melee s a better game imo and brawl's online without friend-codes absolutely FAILS compared with mario kart...

My old mains were: Marth / Zelda / Link / JigglyPuff /Samus

This time round atm I am only really liking Metaknight and Zelda :-\

Lepruk - please elaborate on the on-line play. Are you disappointed mainly because there arent many WiiTalkers not on-line yet with Brawl or is the whole on-line thing pants ?

Okay; No rating system or choices of any kind. You can simply just play random 2 minute brawls...

No choice to change to stock matches or anything... You only get all the options in friend matches (matches against people who you have exchanged friend codes with)...

I think the rating system in Mario Kart Wii is the thing which makes the online jump from mediocre to unbelievably satisfying.

I haven't had much lag online as of yet though... But I personally like 1 vs 1's and you can't even choose to just search for a single opponent...

In Lepruk's defence, may I add that the sizing is inversely proportional to the norm and Size 0 = Bull Elephant's ding-dong.

Back to Brawl - I couldn't get into the GC SSB so hopefully I can just pick Brawl up and be good at it.
