Zelda help needed urgently.

Hi
Can any one help me,Im stuck on a particular level.
Im stuck on the level where Ive just beaten the final insect monster and collected all my tears and now need to rescue the zoros guy to gain the ability to breath under water,however I cant seem to find the way out of the water level.Ive tried every thing from being shot out the canon to going thru the mine but cant seem to get off this level.
Please please can some one help me get over this issue.
