Default any games for a 4 year old?

hi,

i was wondering if anyone had come across a good game for a 4yr old boy.

i wanted to see if my son would enjoy the wii. i've got the rabbits game which is
marked as 3+ but the control and understanding what you are supposed to do is a bit beyond him.

do you think the controls are fundamentally beyond a 4 year old?

has anyone had any success with this or should i leave it a couple of years?

cheers

Hi Jack, Welcome to WiiTalk!

The only game I can thinkg of atm that has been specifically designed for younger users is Cosmic Family.

Apparently it's targeted at children between 4 and 8. At a Tenner it's not a bad price either!

I don't have a 4 year-old, so I don't know of many games that would appeal to a small child. But have you tried Wii Play? There are a few games on there that I would think he'd be able to play. There's a shooting game that a child could probably do. One of them is Cow Racing game where your Mii is riding on a cow down a lane. Nothing too complicated about that. And there's a game where you try to pick out pairs of Miis.

That was a joke btw

I agree with Queen Victoria wii play would be good for him. On the game website you can buy wii play with a wii remote for £34.99 but I'm sure you could get it on amazon or ebay for cheaper. Hope this helps......

carival games if you can find a copy! some of the games might be a little tricky but most would be fine (plenty of costumes and toys to collect along the way too ) should be able to pick it up for £15.00

I'd say give him a DS... he'll probably have better fortune with that.

But i'd give him some nice simple games aswell.

Wii wise I can't really think of any games for a 4 year old

Or you could go to a video shop such as, Xtravision because they have wii games there and rent a few. Then just see which one your son likes best then buy him it.......
