I have lost Six pounds since I got this!

Fortunatley I found them again.

Note to self > avoid the jogging exercise with pound coins in your pocket.




On a serious note - I have actually lost 6lb (in weight )

Congrats Red.

So what does everyone do to lose weight so well? I only really do about 30 mins a night, Jackknife sit ups, Press ups and jogging, unlocked the free jog now, do 10 mins at the minute. Am I not doing enough? I have had it 6 days (maybe thats the reason) And have been eating alot better since getting wiifit, Am I wanting too much too fast I can still feel my "once upon a time" six pack under my small layer of chubb hehe, I can certainly feel my abs getting tighter, could it be my muscle weighs more than fat? help... lol. I need some tips.

^^^ agreed ... all this so called 'research' seems to change their minds every 10 seconds as what to eat, what to do etc ...

Just take care of yourself and don't do silly things (e.g. Maccy'D diet only ) and you got nothing to worry about...

Wow, just had my first 30 minute Wii Fit workout!

This is really going to be good for me, I can feel it. As stated previously, I'm obese. I think a lot of people who spend all day in front of a PC then play video games probably are.

But first thing this morning, my BMI was just over 35.

After my workout just now (and indeed after lunch), it said I had lost 2lb and my BMI was just below 35.

I know that BMI is appalling, but if I can do that every day, this is going to make a significant difference to my health and fitness.

I can feel my heart pounding now, and my pulse is up. I focussed on Aerobics, Yoga and a bit of balance. I don't think I'll worry about muscle exercises until I find my muscles under the flab! LOL

Wii Fit is brilliant!

I know that having weight and being good at sports because of it isn't normally what people think but I'm not that bad at rugby, hooker especially, due to it
