So what does everyone do to lose weight so well? I only really do about 30 mins a night, Jackknife sit ups, Press ups and jogging, unlocked the free jog now, do 10 mins at the minute. Am I not doing enough? I have had it 6 days (maybe thats the reason) And have been eating alot better since getting wiifit, Am I wanting too much too fast I can still feel my "once upon a time" six pack under my small layer of chubb hehe, I can certainly feel my abs getting tighter, could it be my muscle weighs more than fat? help... lol. I need some tips.

This is really going to be good for me, I can feel it. As stated previously, I'm obese. I think a lot of people who spend all day in front of a PC then play video games probably are.
But first thing this morning, my BMI was just over 35.
After my workout just now (and indeed after lunch), it said I had lost 2lb and my BMI was just below 35.
I know that BMI is appalling, but if I can do that every day, this is going to make a significant difference to my health and fitness.
I can feel my heart pounding now, and my pulse is up. I focussed on Aerobics, Yoga and a bit of balance. I don't think I'll worry about muscle exercises until I find my muscles under the flab! LOL
