Sync a remote?

Right ive had my second remote for a few months now and everytime my freind uses the second remote I have to wait until im on the game and go to reconnect the remotes. Now ive pressed the sync button on it and it just doesnt sync with my console!

Help please!!!!

Are you saying it has always needed you to do this? Or is it just today?

I would start with some simple things. Change the batteries in the remote, unplug the Wii for half an hour or so, then plug the Wii back in and resync the remote with the buttons under the SD card flap on the front of the Wii and the battery compartment of the remote.

This should sort it. Let us know.

its usually the first remote that starts off and then the other kicks in once turned on but you shouldnt have to wait - it should be ready! have you synced it correctly? presed the red button on both wii and remote and then i think you press the 1 and 2 simultaniously?

Hi I have been playing mario olympics with 4 hand sets, but when I try on Mario Party I can only get 2 to register!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please help.............

I've found with some games you have to choose 4 player / 4 remotes before they register on the screen.

I find the best way to sync them is to press the button on the wii then straight away press the button on the remote. The blue neon light should come on the remote to say which number it is.

wii remote settings
reconnect and press both
1 and 2 together on the wii remotes you want to add

thought id post a different way of syncin than the rest
