Old thread here: http://www.wiitalk.co.uk/forums/nint...pack-dock.html

No update on the powerstation yet but the ebay packs are kosher (saw them reviewed on a trusted sight but sadly don't remember where :/ )

::edit:: oh here it is... Wiimote Rechargable Battery To Japan - GameBrink.Com

and there's these 2 slightly less likely looking options:

Nyko's own Wiimote charge station - Nintendo Wii News - QJ.NET
USB Wiimote Charger - Nintendo Wii News - QJ.NET

Just buy rechargable batteries and a battery charger. NiMh batteries rock! eurobatteries.com is good for that sort of stuff.

they lose effectiveness after a year, i had some for my digital camera. they used to last days on end of shooting, but then suddenly they just went "BLURRRGH" and only held a charge for a few hours. now they hold nothing.

Yeah but a cheap charge station is probably just as likely to die with heavy use! Rechargables are a wiimotes best freinds (cos the nunchucks its life partner)

Does that make the sensor bar it's penpal? Classic controller a family pet? How far does this metaphor go? If I leave my 2 wiimotes stacked on top of each other do they develop feelings that they previously repressed?

Anyway, just buy more rechargable nimh's. Just bought a pack of 4 rechargeable AA's for £5 myself...

Your batteries shouldn't run out THAT quick they should last atleast 15 hours of play, maybe 10 hours solid (if you play 10 hours of SOLID play you play to mutch)

Depends on the type of game, apparently if you're using it as a pointer it uses up more power.

Don't know if that's true or not.
