Default Unofficial Wireless Sensor Bar

An unknown Web only company has put up an unofficial wireless Wii Sensor bar for sale. It's on sale for $24.99 (USD).

You can grab them from here
Good idea but I don't like that they are an unknown company.
Also I think its a little expensive

Think of something from your childhood, a vivid memory. Between that time and now, every cell in your body has changed. So, were you really there?

Although it sounds like a good idea, is there many people that would have the Wii so far from the TV that the standard Wii lead isn't long enough? It would be just more batteries to worry about! (Nice to see that they are using a 9 Volt battery though as if you buy the type you can get for wireless alarm systems, they can last for years).

Also I have such a mess behind my TV already, one thin lead doesn't make much difference

Hi, I have a projector and it would be a good idea. Now it would be great if you could get a cable extender for it, don't you think?

Yes....I heard someone (? ninty itself) was on the case.

Should be far cheaper too (after all, it would only consist of a very thin piece of bell-wire with a male plug at one end and a female at the other......probably all of 30-40p to produce from the manufacturers end)

PS, nyko has also released its own wireless sensor bar, See IGN Review Here.

Nice find Gaffer. The Nyko bar looks a lot more proffessional than the 1 from wirelesssensorbar.com. Just need to wait for it to hit these shores at a reasonable price. I was tempted to make my own...
