Default Nyko Wireless Sensor Bar

Nyko announced at CES that they will be releasing a wireless sensor bar for the Nintendo Wii. Thus allowing those of us who don't have our gaming gear right next to the Television. Nyko's bar will also have a proposed range of up to 25 feet, more than 3 times that of the original bar. It is powered by 4 AAA batteries and was reported to have about 30 hours of game time.

I think it is a bit pointless having a wireless sensor bar to be honest. The wire is long enough anyway if they Wii is nto close to the TV. I will stick with my wired one. I would rather use that money for a new game.

I guess if you dont want wire from your tv to console if you say had your tv wallmounted it would be a gd idea bt the sensor bar wire isnt exactly thick is it!

The standard wire is so thin and long it's a joke. It's just bound to snap very soon...

I also can't see how you will snap it if you just have it sat down. The sensor bar itself could break easier than the wire.

If you use a projector and have a 20ft living room say, that wire is not long enough......believe me it isn't

The wire is still quite long though so I can't see any reason really why it would get snapped. If you have a 20 foot room move the Wii closer to the telly
