Which picture is the actuall wii speak?

All the filters in the world can't prepare us for pre-pubescent boys swearing like a sailor when they get shot...... the end of the family friendly system as we know it.

Seems like a nifty gadget though. Makes it useful for parties and large numbers of people, much more so than a headset. At least they're thinking.

I can't see so much of the online swearing going on, if it's a room mic. Don't forget there isn't a headset - the sound comes out the tele with everything else.

The magazine reviews I've read for this are all full of praise!

I would imagine it'll work really well. when my last headset broke I used the eyecam mic instead for my PS3 and that worked pretty well so this as a more sound dedicated device should be even better.
