I always heard about being add different things to the remote for different games but so far a lot of things have been rumoured but nothing about the add ons are they planning some like a foot attachment for football or ahve they just dumped the idea?
Well, we've had the steering wheel. There will be gun's and holsters. I believe there was a RUMOUR of a Zelda remote: link, but that looks physically unstable to me.

I've seen a gun adaptor thing somewhere (a bit like the Wii Sports packs you can get) that turns your controller in to a gun as it basically adds a handle to it. Can't see the point of that myself...
I did see a homemade lightsabre thingey. Basically the remote went in the handle...
I think an eyetoy style camera would be a decent (and predictable) addition. It'd be great if you could take a snapshot of yourself and make an instant Mii based on the photo
