At the moment, not a lot!

I think you can get a network (LAN) adaptor for it but other than that they are just there for future expansion.

Devices such as the controller chargers that you can get plug in to the USB ports but only draw off the requried power to charge your controllers and that is about it.

There are lots of hopes and ideas for uses of these USB ports and I for one would like to see a USB keyboard be devoloped so that when you send messages it doesnt take you 1/2 hour to enter a simple message!

Most likely to stick on additional memory when we get demos and such in the future.

I think there are currently some USB keyboards that have been known to work with the wii.

Yes. The Nintendo ASCII Keyboard. I was thinking of getting it, but I'm sure someone will create a generic driver soon for any keyboard.

I don't know, for the life of me, why they've added gamecube buttons on either side. It's been known to be painful over long periods of use.

Hehehe
Thinking about it just now, I think they will release a Wii-Keyboard very soon.

I can't decide whether they will call it the KiiBoard or the WiiBoard.

KiiBoard looks more Probable

Exactly how would this work?

By memory do you mean storage space?

USB memory sticks or USB hard disk drives are rumoured to be in devolopement for the Wii (or rather software/drivers to support such devices).
