Default Well Christmas Day looks boring

In the term of weather that is. It looks like it will be a dull day with no Snow in sight. :( (In Hudds anyway) England has turned very poor for snow. I remember in the early 90's as a kid it was quite deep snow. Even before that in the 60'2 you had loads of snow.

So where has it all gone?? Are we on the verge of something big happening what we are not being told??

We will never know.

well from what i understand from doin about weather at uni it all depends on the weather system thats over us at the time...i think it needs to be a system that has blown over from scandanavia for us to get a decent amount of snow or any at all! buuut due to "global warming" we could get more extreme weather systems so it gets hotter than were use to and possibly colder aswel!

Yeah I have heard about that as well. The weather is becoming more and more extreme in the UK. We are getting more tornado's etc. I think in about 10 years or so there will probable be no snow at all.

yeah but if its gna be extreme in summer it can be extreme in winter. n cos of the ice caps melting the cold water flowing down from them is interrupting the gulf stream (which is what gives us our nice weather compared to other countries on the same latitude as us) which means less warm water is flowing to our shores and as a result we could jsut cool down as a cause of global warming. so tbh rite no1 has a Effin clue lmao!

That is true no one does. How do they? How can a few tests prove all of this information?

Didn't they say it wouldn't be till another 100 years or so when the gulf shuts down? Why does all good things happen when im dead.

well its allready happening because the rate at which the arctic glaciers are retreating has increased so its being disrupted slowly at the much...but it accounts for billions of gallong of water so would take a huuuuge amount of water to disrupt it completely.
