Ed - another tip, in the current chatroom, you are also able to mute out certain members by clicking on their name on the right hand side.

This is exactly why I don't tend to use chatrooms. They get too volatile. It's the quick reaction time. I much prefer forums because if used properly, you can stop to think about your reaction and behave far more sensibly.
Real time chat is very dodgy on the whole.
I'm sorry for anyone who has been upset today. I hope it is quickly forgotten.
