No they don't I've just logged on. My wii stars were still on... I also registered RE DS which I got years ago - the stars count!

Yes, they do.

That's crazy - that means my stars could just disapear within a few days? (well I think it's close to weeks) Why the hell do they disapear?

I think the countdown starts when you register them, not from the purchase date. So you should be fine.

They probably get rid of them, to keep people buying.

So, to secure my stars count I should really try to be getting them turned into points, so it's safer that way?

Well currently no stock.
I have over 2000 stars so I am gonna wait for the 500 one. Not risking losing my stars.
Do they restock randomly?
