i have got a few games that i downloaded to my pc that i wanted to put on to my wii. but i don't know how.. without a SD card could some tell how plz.

If it's something made by a third party that they choose to distribute for free. Homebrew Channel I belive it's called. But I think you possibly have to alter the firmware, risking the console going tits up.

nope, you don't. no altering of the firmware or console is necessary. there is an exploit in twilight princess which has allowed the running of unsigned code. It's perfectly legal and safe. BUT, the TP exploit has also allowed people to run pirated VC games, channels & wiiware from an SD card. I think this is what the OP is about. This is not legal (ish, but I won't go into that) and possibly not very safe, and also not something to be discussed here.
