Simple question to any owners of the game.

Should i get it. YES or NO

It certinly looks the part, but it seems over priced to me.
I also read that each day only last's 4 mins and its a very slow game to get going added to which the music drives you made after 5 mins play.

Despite my above reservations it defo looks like something i could while away the hours on. It also gets high 80% marks in most reviews.

Ahhhhhhh i just dont know , i might love it but i might hate it after 20 mins and would have therefore wasted a huge amount of points.

Well after about 40 mins im on day 7 and although it is slow to start things seem to be picking up a little.

Ill let you know after a good couple hours tonight how its really panning out.

What is your view on it now you've had it a while?

What sort of additional cost are downloadable things?

I've just been talked into getting it for my son, but all this talk of DLC is new to me. What do you get for your money, and is it worth it?

From what I have read you get little things like more buildings, more outfits, and from what I read they weren't that expensive, but they weren't that necessary either.

Well, we downloaded it, ad he gave it a quick trial run before school, but he has now gone to school and left it onscreen, beause he couldnt work out how or where to save before quitting.

He is on Day 3 so doesn't want to lose his progress so far. Can anyone confirm if it automatically saves as you go, meaning that you just press home on the remote to return to the Wii menu, or is there a specific menu or location that you have to get to before quitting?

Thanks to anyone who can elighten me. Its amazing how quickly an 11 year old can get upset. I promised him I'd get it sorted with help from this forum!

According to this article the game auto-saves at the end of each day, but don't quote me on that.

Yes, the game saves automatically at the end of the day.

EDIT: I downloaded all the add-ons and the only ones really usefull are: Lity hut, Selkie Den and Yuke Shack. These adds new buildings and "breeds" which are useful in later dungeons that can be really hard.
