Does anybody else feel refering to the boards as 'zelda cheats' Wii sports cheats... ectra gives false information.

How about just calling it after the game? Zelda board? Wii sports board?

Not only will people feel obliged to post topics that arn't cheats (theres no cheats anyway for either game) but people won't get confused.

Or if nothing else Zelda guide board? Wii sports stratagies board?

JUST NOT CHEATS, it looks very silly.

I also feel you have far too many boards, it slows down loading of the site for one and theres just no need.

Playstation / xbox ectra could all fall under the branch of other consoles. When you consider how dead all these boards are individualy why do they need their own?

Why is 'introductions' at the bottom? surely if you want people to introduce themselves the top is better and looks more organised.

We don't need a graphics board, WE DON'T NEED ANY MORE BOARDS what you can do is make sub boards adding a graphics board linked from another board.

Why is there a Wii board for channels? surely any dead board should be merged with live boards? Wii channels / Wii hardware and maybe VC games would be merged to just a Wii talk thread.

Why is there a find Wii hardware software board? it's functions the same as the first two boards in the Wii marketplace? merge them...

Friend codes should really be at the top near introductions not in the marketplace.

If you did all this, your forum would look much tidier and would also psychologically look busier with all the blue Wii emblems.

A busier forum gets more hits.

All sounds great to me, except the moving introductions/friend codes up to (or near) the top. For me it's the last thing I read. No offence meant but I can read someones introduction anytime, it won't change, but the lovely blue NEW POST!! Wii's get me all excited and I end up opening it just to read 30 versions of 'Hello and Welcome'...

But if you look at it from a new member point of view, it's instantly more welcoming for then if they can easily see a section where they can say a quick 'Hi' to everyone. It just gives the forum a more positive image.

I see your point but i'm porsonally glad thers a welcome board, theres no way to make yourself look more stupid than posting on a hot, fast paced thread with a really intresting point, as your first post

Some very usefull and constructive critisisms here!

With regards to the Welcome Board it's my personal oppinion that it should be at the top to encourage new users to sign up and start participating in this forum.

A forum without new and active members will soon turn in to a dead one so we need to encourage people to sign up and start participating asap.

I am a member of a couple of other forums (non wii-related) and sadly one of them has fewer and fewer members joining and taking part in the discussions so I am having to use a non-UK one instead.
