Some people have said that when you access this site through Internet Explorer, if you aren't doing so already, you can click on the red cross where the image should appear and change it. In pain is 1 that I can't get to show, I'll have a look through to see if there are more later.
I had that one on, it worked for abit n now its gone haywire, but I do use firefox, as I hate IE but it worked fine until in pain.
