This would eliminate the task of updating the thread everytime we get a new user with a wii code.
It won't be until tongiht that i would be able to look at this though, as i'm in work right now.
Thoughts?
That sounds like the peftect solution to me
If you would be able to look into it that would be great, I'm sure a lot of members would appreciate you doing so.
If not I'm happy to keep updating the thread. I've managed to keep a Strikers League updated fairly regularly so I'm sure this won't be any harder

Well, i don't mind if you want to start something off now and i will work on something for the long run.
I have started something tonight, and might be able to finish it over the weekend. not sure how in depth i'm going to make it yet
How about this for an idea, instead of people posting to say they want to be added, and 1 poor soul having to then organise the list. How about we get a thread started where anyone who wants to be added to other peoples console posts to say who they have added to their own. Then as you add more people just edit to say who you have added.
Do you know what would save alot of organising, and editing posts, etc.
An option in the UserCP such as "Do you mind others adding you?" "Yes/No"
That way, you can just click the WIIMEMBERS Link at the top of the forum, and browse all the Wii codes you want.

ok guys, i've been working on a bit of a website, that will basically be a directory of Wii players, and could solve the problem of repeat posts for wii friends etc.
it's in very early stages at the moment but i need some input as to what you guys think.
the domain name is provisional, but i quite like it.
Also, at the moment, the search features aren't there. but when it's done i'm looking at having it so that you will have the users wiicode, but also location, and also codes for online games (like mario strikers) and then you will be able to search for users with that particular game etc.
I've registered to try it out, I think it looks really good, only 1 addition I can think of is making a space for Wii username, I call myself something different to my Wiitalk forum username, and many others do too.

Yep, I think all of that will be included. But he said it was still in the early stages. Looks good so far.
i'm currently trying to think of an easy way of getting everything into a users profile and then make it easy to search.
my main objective for the site is for somebody to go on there and be able to find other wii players either by location, games (i.e. search for players with mario strikers codes) and possibly forum membership (i.e. i want to search for all people that are members of wiitalk).
the tricky bit comes when people use different usernames for different things...
if you have any further input, it's all appreciated
