My Wii cannot connect to the internet. I have a wireless router: a RangeMax ADSL Modem Wireless Router model DG834PN. Occasionally, I manage to establish a weak connection, yet it never lasts long and I cannot change the position of my Wii. Is there anything I can do to boost the signal from my router? For example, changing the Channel that I broadcast from and the mode? I've allowed my Wii access through the Mac addresse, and yet the connection is still faulty, so that cannot be the problem.
Try changing the position/direction of the aerial. Could you try moving the router closer to the Wii via a phone extension. Try to position it in such a place to minimize the number of 'things' between the router and wii. You could change the channel (on the router) in case there are any other wireless points using the same channel in the area.

That's about the same as my parents house. Their wifi signal was always right on the brink of dropping out. I just moved the router as close as possible to the PC.

Thank you, all. I've decided to move my Wii downstairs whenever I want to play WiFi. There's more room downstairs anyway, so I can play better. Woohoo!
