Polls?

Im not sure if this should be in the help section or the forum one but anyway. How do you start Polls are do you need to be a mod or all-star gamer?

When you create a thread, there is an option saying 'Add a poll to this thread'. Select that, and when you post the message, it will continue to another screen asking for the poll options.
