I find that chat is ok when it's 1 to 1, when you get groups chatting you end up with lots of topics being discussed at the same time and I can't always follow the flow/flows.

Besides we already have a really safe secure way to chat online through Steam, join our user group and meet us online for some CS:S while we chat.

Don't usually do group chats, and don't have CS:S, so I'm out on this one. I prefer one on one.

We never have group chats. The most people we had was 5 at one point and we were all pretty much talking about the same thing.
