Selling my PS2, what's it worth? - WiiTalk

Now I've got my Wii I have decided to get rid of my PS2, which i only really used to play Pro Evo.

Got 24 games with it (not too many newish ones tho), two controllers & memory cards, DVD remote and the network card with a 40gb HD in it. It's about 3 and a half years old.

Advertised it on my intranet for offers around £100.00, is this too steep?

£100 sounds fair enough, looking at second hand PS2's they seem to range between £80 and £120 with your amount of games, it also probably depends on what games you have though.

Have you considered taking it all down to Game or Gamestation and trading it all in for store credit? I traded 40sih PS2 games ranging from release to present and got £130! Got me a couple of Wii games, a new WiiMote and the component cable.

It greatly depends on your games and how new/good they are. If I where you I'd sell on Ebay to get the most money possible, it may be a bit more trickier and time consuming but it's worth it, I'd sell th PS2 with accesories and a few good games on ebay. The rest I'd sell either individually on Ebay or cash them in for credit at game for like £1-5 each.
