PS3 Update download problems

errrm rite...

So "Application" I don't think it matters what you put here... you pick, maybe call them ps31, ps32, ps33 etc? then......

TCP: Start = 80 End = 80
Start = 443 End =443
Start = 5223 End 5223

UDP: Start = 3478 End = 3479 <----- slightly different than the others (opening 2 ports if you get me)
Start 3658 End = 3658


I mean this might not even work 100% Dazzla ?? I am hoping it does for you though

OK Heres wot i've done

Application - start - end - protocol

PS311 - 80 - 80 - TCP
PS312 - 443 - 443 - TCP
PS313 - 5223 - 5223 - TCP
PS321 - 3478 - 3479 - UDP
PS322 - 3658 - 3658 - UDP

Minr take like 2-3 hours to download!! LOL but, my routers downstairs and my PS3 is upstairs but, it only takes like 5-10 minutes to install XD

Dayam!! That's along time for updates lol, What Broadband speed you on? Maybe you should foreword the above ports aswell for speed increase lol.

Aye i was wondering that too, since my problem got sorted it takes about 3 minutes to download updates and a similar time to install them, and im still on the old blueyonder 2 megabit service
