I hope the PS3 isn't as "fragile" as the 360. - WiiTalk

The biggest problem with the 360, in my eyes, is the continual reports of breakdowns and failures.

I hope the PS3 gives us a better show.

I walked into Gamestation the other day, and 3 staff members were busy trying to "rescue" one from a system software crash

I then walked into CurrysDigital, and the disc drive had broken on theirs (they had to pack it away and put out a new one)

This doesn't bode well......I had hoped they (Sony) would've learned from M$'s mistakes

....it seems like the Wii will be the most reliable 7th Gen console in the end.

I think Sony will have a lot of mechanical problems on there hands. I only know of one person who's bought a PS3 and it was broke when he opened the box.
So it definately doesn't look good. I wonder if the build quality has suffered as a result of them trying to ship as many as possible.

purely for the sake of balance, I have only read reports from friends who have the ps3 and love it! It could just be bad luck?

Sony have taken their time on releasing the PS3, soo there less of a chance of them being faulty imo, a 2 year delay is well enough time to fix things out !
