I would definitely be on a plus kill/death ratio if it were not for me leaving my PS3 around a friends for most of last week. He was getting 2 kill for 20 deaths and he had quite a few goes of it I shouldnt be that bothered but im a bit of a stat man

My best score in free for all is 25 - 6 but one day i will reach 25 -0 oooh yes i will....

My losses far outweigh my win ratio as i mainly play free for all and if you dont come first then your a loser but im not bothered about that really as long as i manage an even or + score.

I played COD solid Tuesday and Wednesday, went up about 20 lvl on XP, i cant put the game down

Oh i have the Overkill and P90 now, my favourite custom class atm is Silent (but deadly) P90 and M4 carbine with Red dot with Claymores and Deep impact.

1v1 cage match or team deathmatch if you want to play a mate is brilliant, i have had some great battles some won some lost but all intense and fun.

My fave weapon is the claymore, i have it down to a fine art now planting claymores, if i feel i am being chased and i can get around a corner i can turn face the way i am running from and plant claymore and carry the other direction without breaking stride and about 1/2 a second later 90% of the time theres a kaboom and another kill to me :bigrrin: I am surprised more people dont use the claymore. The 3 frag grenade sounds nice though......

I think my best score is 17-0. It was on the ship level (Wetwork?) and I sat in one of the towers at the end, sniping. It was slow going at first but my airstrike killed something like 6 people altogether, and my chopper mopped up the rest. I was a bit disappointed at the end as I could've got more but we reached the score limit.

My ultimate favourite set-up is as follows:

M4 Carbine (ACOG Scope)
Barrett .50 cal (no attachment)
Smoke Grenades

Perks

Claymores
Overkill
Iron Lungs

I think that's what I had towards the end anyway. The M14 obviously was useful everywhere, but I could also whip the Barrett out to pop some heads whenever needed, plus I could plant a couple of Claymores to protect me.

Can PS3 and 360 players fight each other online with this game or is it console-specific?

My other friend (about 6 of them have the game, I should really get it but they all have PS3's so ) has like 22,000 kills and 17,000 deaths and his wins are above his lossess. Also has like 9000 head shots its pretty insane...Im sure he uses a maxed out M5 with claymores and a desert eagle

Yeah some people have insane stats.

If you look at the top of the accuracy leaderboard there's people with 2000% accuracy or something like that. How that's possible I have no idea.

Hmph that sucks, Im going to have to hijack my roomies PS3 and play it (dont even own it yet just played abit) but CoD5 is coming soon-ish

P90 is the best gun i have come across so far, i always use it with the silencer which drastically cuts down the accuracy (apparently) but its still lethal from a distance, its my primary weapon now and equipped with silencer on so you can get in and out without anyone knowing. Only used the Deagle twice and it was a Gold one seems like a sturdy weapon!!! My favourite hand cannon in counterstrike.How about a ground war game on the Shipment map? That is insane lol!!!

Sounds good I'm hooked at the moment, and like W_W_W, I got the PS3 for GTA IV, but it's gathering dust!!

I'm Level 47 1d 19h - don't know if that's any good or not, but hey, I'm enjoying it!! I like Team Death Match, Search and Destroy, Domination and a little bit of Free For All. I'm yet to try Sabotage, Headquarters etc, and am holding out for the Hardcore and old school games so I have a bit more to look forward to after I get to Level 55 for the first time.

Its pretty good i think

10/10 for this one....plus the single player campaign is quality!!

Im just no good with the sniper at all im lucky if i manage 1 kill, I have stabbed a couple of snipers in the very spot you talk about though

My 16 kills was on the map with the aircraft hangars and the hole you can fall down in the middle of the map (p90). Ofcourse i was helped out by an air strike and the chopper.

I didnt realise that you kept the radar/airstrike/chopper if you died until a mate told me, i thought you lost them if you died, its horrible thinking how many kills i missed out on.

It would be great if they could link the 2 consoles online it really would.

I didn't realise that either for a while!!! I used to just stop and try and do the airstrike and got killed!!! Also, I must have missed quite alot too.

Aye even if there was no one on the radar i would still send an air strike in Doh!
