Default GTA advice needed
For once this isn't a thread about GTA4, but instead the GTA games avaliable for the PS2.

When I finish my exams, I have 3 months off, so I am stocking up some games to play. I would like a PS2 GTA game, because I have never bought one (but I have played San Andreas before).

All I need to know is which one is best out of: GTA3, Vice City, San Andreas, Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories. I really enjoyed playing San Andreas, so I am swaying towards that one. Which game is the least limited in where you can go? When I've played GTA games in the past, I haven't been as interested in completing the missions, I just like exploring the map, and causing chaos!

Definitely San Andreas then, the map is huge!

Other than that I'd have to go for GTA III

A post from another forum, sums it up perfectly, IV is a pretty darn good game but if San Andreas had same graphics and shiz it would be better.

"The location is all too similar for me. San Andreas had desert, country, ghetto, city, hills (SF) whereas GTA 4 has one city. And it all looks practically the same to me.

In San Andreas you could be in Ganton, and you'd say "Oh look, there's some crappy gang type area, and over there is a stadium, and further on is a beach!"

On GTA 4, you could say "Oh look, there's a building, and over there is another building, and further on is a LARGER BUILDING!"

GTA 3, Vice city and San andreas are great as for LCS and VCS are crappy ports, until gta 4 come out
