The references to Vice City are on Lazlow's radio show mate. Lazlow had a radio show on GTA III (which is also set in Liberty City) so the references to Vice City are just to sort of add him to the whole time line of the series and explain what he did between GTA III and GTA IV (both in Liberty City).
On another tangent, I now have 5 games for my PS3, and I notice that once I have bought the game, I get excited and cant wait to play until I have to install the updates which seems to be never ending.. it always crases out and usually takes about 30mins for me to do successfully, am I missing something?
I would say that they are deffo going for a vice city again next, not London or San Andreas.. Anyone else notice this?

One thing ya missed off was near the end when you have to decide which path to take in the final missions - Roman says about taking the money and going to Vice City with him.
I never got banned, only yellow carded for a picture I posted up involving Robbie Savage that I had made on Photoshop. I actually said that the only people that would take offence were Blackburn and Welsh supporters so this tithead Welsh guy yellow carded me.
