Theholidayrep Reviews: Scarface the World is Yours.
Ok to start with a brief synopsis: You play Tony Montana, and after his presumed death you have to regain your empire back, through savvy deals and brutal intimidation.
Gameplay: Like many Wii games, it seems your first 2 missions are 'tutorial' levels (unlimited bullets give this away). Once you get into the game it seems very GTA / Godfather type games but without as much freedom, although you can wander around a replica Miami, Tony won't let you kill any 'innocents' like the aforementioned games (but his driver will). Gameplay is straightforward, analogue stick to move, remote to aim and shoot. A nice little feature is to shake the nunchuck to hurl insults (also used to beeb the horn when driving)
Graphics: I know, I know the Wii is'nt designed for graphics but these seem to be of I would say mid to late PS2 standard (which we see too often)
Sound: With plenty of authentic songs and some fantastic voice acting I will say that these are pretty good.
Style: Its really nice to see this kind of style being put to the Wii as so many people are still saying its for non-gamers and family, but this just proves that the Wii can do 'ADULT' games.
Closing thoughts: So in closing at the moment you can get this game for £17.49 in gamestation which makes it a fantastic bargain at this price I would probably give it 84% but at full price this would probably only get 76%. But well worth a play!
