terrible control sytstem, should have been coded to use the classic controller, in fact (mini rant here) just because the wii has motion sensor controls doesnt mean they have to be used sometimes a game pad is the ideal solution. This applies to other games including NFS carbon

I kind of agree with you on this one. But to be honest, the reason we think games are better played using a digi-pad is mainly because that's what we have been used to in the past. I think that we should embrace the Wii's control method and practice, practice, practice until we get used to it and enjoy this new control method.

I used to be a PC game and was used to a very large digi-pad (104 key keyboard) and a mouse to play games like Doom, Heretic, Duke Nukem 3D and other such games and found it very difficult to play using a PS controller. I never really gave it a go, if I had perhaps I might have been able to use a 360 controller and might not even have a Wii now!

i was a console gamer long before i came to pc games, but once i used the mouse/kb combo for fps there was no going back purely because it was the best tool for the job. the same applies to the control system for sonic, i really feel that this one should have had a classic controller option.

ill admit (as youll see in the article) that you were right about nfs carbon
