Someone has pointed out to me today that I now sigh or groan occasionally when I bend down or get up - how bad is that!!

BRILLIANT blog entry .......I couldn't have put it better myself .

At work the other day, we were discussing music and I mentioned to one of the "houseplants" something along the lines of "Mica Paris has a good voice, esp. live like in the Jazz Cafe (Cmdn Twn)"

.....to which the reply was...."Who?"

I have constantly found myself asking for explanantions of 'street talk' at work and on this very forum of late. I think its time I looked for plus points of getting old:

• Car insurance is cheaper
• errrrr help me out here someone????

I upped sticks from East Anglia to the West Midlands last April to be with my now fiancee and have been living in this house with my fiancee, her mum & her gran ever since
Employment didn't happen as soon as we'd hoped, but I'm now a casual employee of the MOD and we've recently bought our own home which is in the works at the moment so all change soon

• Alcohol!!
• Sex (especially in America where it's 18!)
• We can adopt at 21
• Young ladies like older men..
