It's with heavy heart that i have to report that the soon to be current mrs bede cannot attend, but worse i still can. Counselling will be provided.

God appeared to have reacted badly to Bede's prayer for electricity to charge his DS

I really want to come, but if I drive I can't drink. I haven't got a clue how much a train will cost and don't know anything about Birmingham train stations or where the meeting place is. My girl works on Saturdays aswell, so I also don't want to be the only bloke who is not with the missus or g/f. :(
I'll do a bit of digging on the internet to get more info - or can you guys supply a bit of local info please.

Benny, you'll want New Street Station which is smack in the centre of Birmingham. The Bull Ring shopping area and Wagamama is within 10 minutes (if that) walking distance from the station and you can just act 'touristy' and ask people for directions.
If you book your train early / on-line you might be able to get it cheap.

There's two stations in Birmingham and I believe both are right next to the Wagamamamamas place. Birmingham New Street is the station you'll probably want to go to, should you get the train. To check the prices use this site: National Rail Enquiries - Official source for rail information, UK train times and timetables

Benny, not sure how much the trains cost but the stations are right in the middle of Brum and are right next to the Bull Ring where we are meeting. I'm sure someone wouldn't mind meeting you at the station etc.
I'm sure one of the locals like Nazz or hilly could give more info. And Miss bede isn't coming either, so him, you and boosey will alone (so to speak).

Just checked on google maps for Wagamama. If you use Google Maps to search for it, it aint in the right location. It shows it to be far away near the Childrens' Hospital but the one we're meeting at is near the New Street Station.
The map on the Wagamama website is better although its difficult to see where it is exactly.

Benny, I'll be travelling up from North London too so we could travel up together if you like. Had a quick look at trains and they don't seem too expensive.
