Sorry, but how is playing the Wii and using this forum related at all? I barely play my Wii. In fact I've only played it a few times when I'm drunk/with mates/both for WiiSports. You don't have to stop using this forum just because you don't play your Wii anymore, and to be honest, that's not even the point. This forum is a friendly community, make friends, have a laugh etc. No one expects you to consistently play your console. If you feel that you don't want to contribute as much/anything to the forum anymore, that's your choice. But there is no reason whatsoever to stop using the forum because you don't play your Wii.
Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

Probably because this is a wii forum! there may be off topics here, but mostly the talk is about wii, and so if you lose interest, well you lose interest in here as well.

I still think you can stay an active part of the forum with or without a Wii. Look at me, I rarely discuss stuff about the Wii (even though I own one, and still play on it). I get most of my posts from pointing people in the right direction, and to help further the forum by running competitions, awards etc. I'm here for the community we have here more than anything.
The last game I bought was Links crossbow training and I havent got any of the more recent top titles. Mario and sonic olympics, sssb, moh2 etc.
(Granted, the cost side of buying games is a big factor at the mo - weddings are expensive.)
But what I have found is that if you dont play your Wii for a while but then go back to it, Wiisports is more fun than ever. I had a long break from the Wii recently, but when I got back on it, it was like a breathe of fresh air.
I came so close to selling my Wii packge for extra wedding funds, but the other half wouldnt let me. She said, 'dont play it for a while and you will enjoy it more when you do' - how right she was!!!
Fair enough. I hope that you enjoy the Xbox.. I hope you dont regret your choice... I see no reason too, I just think you would have liked to have kept the Wii... You may regret this in the future, glad your gunna stick around tho..
I hardly ever play my wii which means i hardly ever post in the wii related topics which means my post count wont reach a 1000 until just about when the london olympics start.
