apparently Comcast has upgraded their upload speeds, so here's the new test at 11:48 AM



apparently not, but then again the email said that a power cycle may be necessary for the change to take effect, we shall see

Nintendo Wii Player, thats almost as slow as mine... are you going through a Wireless router aswell, and what package you on? i.e 2MB 8MB 10MB.

Thought there would be a much Bigger difference, but it looks like a very minor difference.

I just thought I might add that my brother did a speed test on his laptop. He only got 10 mbps, and he is right next to the router, but still wireless, so I think I might just have an amazing wireless card in my computer, unless Vista has something to do with it

Signed up for 8MB broadband the other day, but BT have told me that I'm only able to get 2MB despite me getting 3MB on a wireless connection the other day :/

I have the 20meg Virgin Broadband package, but it never gives 20meg, I tend to fluctuate between 12 and 18 meg download speeds. The thing that infuriates me is the capping they do between 4 and 9pm....would consider changing but the extra cost and the need to install a BT line would drive me insane.......
