Call of Duty 4(PC Specific Thread)

cod4 is an amazin game the graphics is amazin if u r thinking of buyin this game u need an amazin graphics card an a even better one if u have windows vista. the guns on call of duty 4 r good online play is great if u only got it and ain't unlocked any good guns use the mp5. one problem one or two missions r a bit of a waste of time one is just a video and the other u just die after a nucelur attack. BUT OVERALL

Hmm I'm a little disappointed...

It feels too much like UT / BF rather than CoD2 / CS:S.

I liked the arcade style of Call of duty mixed with the semi real shooter. Now it is completely crazy.

Though obviously not so much as I have improved it seems that you spawn you throw grenade then you die either by an enemy grenade or an airstrike. that isn't fun... spawning and dieing...

S&D has always been my fav game type and I have found a realism server which kicks people for bunny hopping / spray 'n' pray which brings the feeling of CoD back to the game.

I don't know I don't hate it but I don't see what all the insane hype is about; its a fairly good fps thats a little too frantic at times for its own good.

I think the times when it is frantic on-line is it's saviour in my opinion. When it gets like this and you are part of a voice comms tea, it can get hilarious as you all just rip each other to pieces.

I do find that I don't play it as much as I would have thought I would but it is still a great game, even though I haven't bothered with the Single player mission set properly.

Is that it doylen? Only 14 more kills than deaths? I wish I knew how to rip an image from my 360 and post it up here, I think my best is around 88 kills to 41 deaths on free for all on the Shipment level.

haha you your probs better but thats my best score its usally 33 kills 39 deaths lol i also had a killing sprea of 16 in that game

Oh right fair enough then. My longest kill streak is 12 due to the chopper and the Air strike doing the most of the work lol.


I'm actually bored of the PC version but am really enjoying it on the 360. Don't know why but find it more fun to play when using a controller instead of a keyboard.
