Well, over 2 tests that site only gives me an average of :

Download 17478 (17.1)
Upload 9095 (8.9)

Other site is more likely - giving me :

Download 46048 (45.0)
Upload 19844 (19.4)

(at work obviously!!)

My connection speed tends to differ depending on where I am. At the moment I am sitting on a picnic table in the middle of a country park right next to a resevoir.
