Internet Explorer 7 - love it or hate it?

Now that Microsoft have finally decided to upgrade the Internet Explorer. Just wondering if anyone is using it and how you are getting on?

Im finding that:-

- it loads pages slower than IE6
- there are way too many buttons and menus to work with (i know these can be turned off)
- tab browsing is cool, but this has been around a while on other browsers
- anti-phishing tool is good

Apart from that I dont really see any real benefit, I know it is more secure, but I think Microsoft could have done a little better.

I am sticking with IE 6 myself. I prefer to wait a while before upgrading myself.

Same here, I usually wait as this IE7 is meant to be a lot more secure, but it is probably best to wait, as someone will find some huge vunerability soon in IE7.

As long as you keep your AV software and spyware up to date you should be ok.

Firefox all the way. Its a much better web browser overall.
I've been using it for quite a few years now and I can't stand it when I have to use IE.

Friends don't let friends use Internet Explorer.

I vote Firefox.

If you ever NEEEEED to use IE then IETab addon works wonders.

<3 firefox. internet explorer is a copycat monster of microsoft. that crashes.

IE7 is good imo allthough most of my mates have got firefox but im sticking with what i know

i dloaded ie7 but then i could only see half of the pictures i viewed over the web. could'nt find any kind of cure for it, so someone suggested firefox and i haven't looked back since.
